Mi sono trovata molto bene sia per la navigazione sul sito, che per la scelta e la facilità nell'effettuare la personalizzazione. Ho riscontrato problemi sulla consegna ma questo è dipeso da Bartolini, in compenso il servizio clienti è stato ottimo, mi hanno sempre risposto velocemente e si sono occupati di sentire Bartolini.

De bestelling was precies zoals ik mij had voorgesteld. Heb het zelf ingepakt omdat ik nog iets persoonlijk in het boek wilde schrijven.
Ontvanger van het cadeau was enorm verrast.

I really appreciated the fact i had ordered white wine glasses, however later realized i needed red. With a simple email it was sorted and in my house in less than 48hours in Ireland
