Je ne vois pas ce qui peut être modifié : ma commande est prête à être réalisée , je reçois un mail pour voir comment sera ma commade => juste dernièrement , il y avait un défaut d'esthétique . j'ai de suite téléphoné pour savoir si une amélioration pouvait être réalisée .
J'ai eu un interlocuteur immédiatement ( vraiment adorable ) , qui a de suite corrigé l'image et me fait parvenir par mail : rien à redire : son idée a été parfaite et superbe . aussitôt ai-je eu la réceptiion de ma commande , jai admiré votre réalisation ( comme toutes les autres d'ailleurs ! )
Dès que j'aurai , de nouveau un cadeau à réaliser , je commanderai , comme d'habitude , directement sur votre site .
