I ordered a personalised gift about three weeks ago for my friend’s birthday. Unfortunately, when the parcel arrived, the gift was damaged. I only noticed this at the moment I gave it to my friend, which was really upsetting. However, my friend kindly suggested not letting it ruin the moment.
A few days later, customer service contacted me for feedback. I was honest and explained what had happened, without really expecting anything in return. I was genuinely surprised when they immediately offered to send me a replacement free of charge as an apology.
The replacement was sent twice — the first parcel was unfortunately lost by the delivery company — but today I finally received it, and it looks absolutely perfect!
I am truly impressed by the kindness, professionalism, and care shown by the YourSurprise team. I can’t wait to surprise my friend again.

Hallo,
na gut , also der Preis ist schon etwas hoch angesetzt.
Es sollten sich auch etwas "ärmere" Menschen sich einmal so eine Überraschung leisten können.

Ich habe das erstemal diese personifizierten Pralinen zum Valentinstag verschenkt..
Ein voller Erfolg.
Etwas ganz besonderes..normal kann schließlich jeder..
Bei der nächstpassenden Gelegenheit werde ich garantiert wieder nach solch einer Besonderheit schauen..

So happy and grateful for this. I really liked the personalization option and the gifts turned out great!

Sad that it was not delivered by the courier on time. The customer service was also helpful to me. I would definitely order again. I liked how there is an option for us to schedule the delivery date. I hope there's one for the time too!

Erstmal hat alles super unkompliziert und auch schnell funktioniert. Der Bestellprozess und gesamte Abwicklungsprozess sind sehr einfach und schnell. Die Pralinen sind zudem wirklich lecker. Das einzige was man mit der Zeit noch optimieren könnte, wäre die reine Bildqualität. Aber das sehe ich eher als den sprichwörtlichen i Punkt. Das Geschenk von den Kindern für die Mama kam super an und ist auch schon alle. Vielen Dank dafür :)
