Mi sono trovata molto bene sia per la navigazione sul sito, che per la scelta e la facilità nell'effettuare la personalizzazione. Ho riscontrato problemi sulla consegna ma questo è dipeso da Bartolini, in compenso il servizio clienti è stato ottimo, mi hanno sempre risposto velocemente e si sono occupati di sentire Bartolini.

Het pakket kwam ruim op tijd (ik was erg laat met bestellen, het kwam de volgende dag al) en er zaten ook nog snoepjes bij de mok. De mok was mooi bedrukt en veilig verpakt. Dankjewel!

I have ordered gifts many time and have always had a good experience. A little improvement point would be to offer possibility to join the products in one parcel in case more items are a part of one gift. In my last order I ordered a chocolade and photo memory game which were sent seperately with different deliver dates despite the fact that they were bought together and sent to the same address. That is a bit strange for a present and not that handy for a receiver. But overall, thank you for a really wonderful service always!

Alles liep gesmeerd ondanks de warmte ongeveer 25 graden kwam het goed aan. 90 doosjes gevouwen binnen een uur dus dat ging ook makkelijk. Misschien met deze weersveranderingen ander verpakkingsmaterialen. Om nog zekerde te zijn dat het goed aankomt
